Welcome...

Hello and welcome to my new project.

1st I do apologize for cutting the prelude off where I did.  I'm still working out the game mechanics.

So as I plan out how I want the game to play, I continue working on the renders for it. Then I get 1/2 way through them and I se either

A) I see little anomalies creeping into the renders, so I go back and fix them 

OR

B)  I learnt something new and I see how I can go through and make the renders better.

Of course this weekend is no different. I was hoping to announce that the 1st client and her renders are done but NO!!

About an hour ago, both A and B reared its ugly head.  So I'm back to re-doing  the set. About 1/2 of them need to be done.

I have probably done her set of renders  about  3 times over. LOL

Good learning experience!!!  So once these ae done, I will have done more coding for the game itself...

That'll be the easy part...  I'm a coder not a graphics artist in the slightest.

The last time I did anything graphically was 20 years ago when I started to learn the OpenGL API.

But I soon figured out then, I was no John Carmack, so a game engine was not in my future to code.

But doing mods for Quake 2 and Quake 3 Arena was a blast...

And when it comes to game mechanics, I have been checking out the Unity and Unreal engines.

It's not final but I have been thinking about getting away from the VN and make this a FPMS (First Person Massage Shooter) (hehhee keep up with the puns)

Once this is nailed down, I'll be able to compile the game in Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS!!!

That was the other thing I accomplished this week was getting a virtual Mac machine ready to grind out iOS for me.

And last ,if you can help out, I am also in the middle of upgrading my desktop to be able to handle the extra work of working with Unity or Unreal.
